Our House Rules

We are very happy to share our beautiful Beach Walk on Alfred with guests and encourage you to make wonderful memories during your stay. All that we ask is that you please respect our home, by reading and observing the following house rules:

1. No Smoking.

2. No parties or events (due to being a residential area, please respect our neighbours). Penalties will apply.

3. No dogs inside – please ensure all dogs are kept outside. Kennels, water and food bowls are provided.

4. Please do not chop on timber kitchen bench (chopping boards are provided).

5. No drinks on the eight ball table.

6. Rubbish is to be placed in bins provided. All rubbish  is to be placed in the council bins prior checkout.

7. Please clean BBQ after use ready for the next guest. (Charges will apply if not cleaned).

8. The outdoor TV swivels to the side so you can use the BBQ. Please swivel back in place to keep it safe from the weather when the BBQ is not in use or after use.
